1. General Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for ensuring that your use of the Services does not violate applicable laws, regulations, or this AUP.
2. Prohibited Activities
To ensure the integrity, security, and performance of celiums.ai for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 No Reverse Engineering of Modules
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, algorithms, prompts, or training data of any AI knowledge modules provided on celiums.ai.
2.2 No Redistribution or Resale
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, or sub-license the AI knowledge modules, API access, or any content obtained from celiums.ai without explicit written permission from us. The Services are for your direct use as permitted by your subscription plan.
2.3 No Automated Scraping
You may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interfaces not explicitly provided by our official API to access the Services or to extract data. You may not harvest or collect information about the platform's proprietary data or its users.
2.4 No Abuse of Rate Limits
You must respect the API rate limits and usage quotas associated with your account tier. You may not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with our rate-limiting mechanisms or infrastructure. Generating excessive requests that place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our servers is strictly prohibited.
2.5 No Sharing API Keys or Credentials
Your account credentials and API keys are strictly personal and confidential. You may not share, publicly post, embed in public repositories, or otherwise expose your API keys or account login details to unauthorized third parties. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
2.6 No Illegal or Harmful Use
You may not use the Services:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To generate, promote, or distribute illegal content, malware, ransomware, or viruses.
- To engage in fraud, phishing, spamming, or impersonation.
- To harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.
- To infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
3. Consequences of Violation
We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Issue a formal warning.
- Temporarily suspend your access to the Services or throttle your usage.
- Permanently terminate your account and immediately revoke all associated API keys.
- Initiate legal action, including seeking damages or injunctive relief.
- Report the violation to relevant law enforcement authorities if illegal activity is suspected.
4. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or evolving operational practices. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
